There have throughout history been Magi and creatures who have threatened our kind, sometimes even threatening the Norms. It is our task as a society to prevent these incidents to the best of our ability and strive towards a peaceful and cooperative arrangement wherever we can.

As such, listed below are the current targets that the International Magical Parliament considers a Magical Threat.

- Epharim Vexx
     A Magi who refers to himself as a Sorcerer, Epharim Vexx held in the past the role of Master of Magical Theory at the Bashir Institution for Higher Magical Learning in the United States. In April of 2019, he went missing, and in May of 2019 he was spotted at the Point of Power in Athens, and was witnessed performing unknown magic that resulted in the Point of Power being destroyed. As such, he is considered a wanted person and a known magical threat.

- Seren Murik

     Having eluded capture for over ten years, Murik is wanted for the murder of Hortence Bramble, the previous Member of Magical Parliament for Wales, as well as the murder of over twenty Norms.

-  Psychophagus

     All Psychophagus are considered guilty of the crime of Soul Tampering. They are unarmed but extremely dangerous, and should not be approached without due caution and training. All sightings should be reported immediately to the IMP - Constabulary of Order and Protective Services office.
