Deljen
Deljen is a land of plains and plateaus where you are more likely to find a dozen landmarks before you find anything that would come close to being considered a town. It is a vast nation where the world can seem just so much bigger than most places in the rest of the world. From mountain peaks that rise as high as eight or nine thousand feet, lined with forests of clouds, to great lakes that almost could be mistaken for oceans. It is not a land where one travels light. The elements are one of the more powerful forces here. Those with even a hint of primal power running through their veins will find that calling upon the world around them comes naturally and, with appropriate practice, can be harnessed. However, those with the power must also learn to regulate it when on Deljen soil. The elements are strong here in all senses, and it can be easy to overwhelm oneself with their power and easier still to then lose grip on it, causing elemental power to run amok.
This is also a land where Chaos once ruled. That Chaos has since been bound by the combined power of the ancestries of this land and their Ancient Elementals but it still, occasionally, leaks out in the form of sandstorms and typhoons. As such, both the Halflings and the Moonblessed of this land attempt to keep moving and exploring their vast landscape that they call home to ensure that everything is always in order. It is very important to the people of this land to never stay in one place, never become lazy, to explore to the best of one's ability, and to always keep one's eyes peeled.

Hjeluna, those who Roar, are blessed by the moons - mostly feline shifters - They traverse the land on great pilgrimages to sacred sites to perform the traditions and rituals required to maintain order in the land. They are guided by the Two Moons of Deljen - one the actual moon of the world and the other the representation of Sanganlin - Death themselves.
