Tickets for Legendary LARP games are sold in a variety of ways, of which is detailed on each individual game's site or page. This is due to the fact that different games offer different payment options, so it is easier to separate them rather than run all the tickets from a single location.

By purchasing a ticket to a Legendary LARP event, you are acknowledging that you have read our Terms and Conditions and agree to them. In some circumstances, unique T&Cs may be applicable at specific events, and these will be made clear either on your registration form or payment details email. The generic T&Cs can be found below.

BOOKING TICKETS AND ATTENDING EVENTS
  • By purchasing a ticket to a Legendary LARP event, you agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of Legendary Larp and those specific to the event you are attending. Our decision is final in all disputes.

  • All tickets are only valid for persons aged 18 or over at the time of the event commencing. No person under 18 years of age will be allowed on site once the event has begun without our explicit permission. We may request to see your ID if you look under 25.

  • Legendary Larp reserve the right to refuse entry or expel any individual from our events. Your ticket cost will not be returned if you are expelled from an event.

  • Anyone who deliberately breaks the spirit of the rules may be expelled from the event, and potentially banned from future Legendary LARP events.

  • No metal weapons may be brought to the site.

  • Camping knives must not be used as costume or props, and should be left inside your tent or vehicle when not in use.

  • All larp-safe weapons must be checked by an Legendary LARP weapons checker at each event before they are used. Any item deemed unsafe must be secured in your tent or car at all times.

  • By attending a Legendary LARP event, you are agreeing to take part in a full contact sport (unless the event is specifically advertised as No Combat). You are accepting that you may be struck by larp weaponry and, even if non-com, you run the risk of being struck.

  • Legendary LARP will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your person or property at an event.

  • No animals may be brought to the site without our explicit permission.

  • No frequency scanners or pyrotechnics may be brought to the site without our explicit permission.

  • We do not operate a "lost property" scheme at our events due to constraints on transport space and storage space. While we will always make sure to pick up high-value smaller items that are found (such as mobile phones and wallets, for example), we do not pick up larger items such as clothing, props, weapons, sleeping gear etc. It is the responsibility of every attendee to ensure they take all their belongings with them when leaving site.

  • Additional site rules may be in place at each event; these will be stated in the event pack for each event.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
  • All tickets remain property of Legendary LARP.

  • Tickets cannot be transferred between people unless explicitly stated. Instead, they will be refunded and offered to the next person on the event waiting list.

  • We do not allow tickets to be transferred between events. If you are unable to make it to an event you've paid for, please refer to the refund guidelines below.

  • Refunds must be requested in writing. Refunds will be given at 100% of the ticket price paid minus a £5 fee if requested more than six weeks before the event. Refunds requested later than six weeks before the event will be given at 50% of the ticket price paid minus a £5 fee. No refunds will be given as of Monday before the event starts.

  • In the unlikely circumstance that we cancel an event, we will attempt to book a new event as soon as we can. People with paid tickets can choose to transfer their ticket to the new event date, or receive a full refund with no fee deducted.
