DIY Events

We've spoken to a lot of folks who have some wonderful concepts for games, and yet either don't have the knowledge or the confidence to go forwards and actually run them.

To help people get their ideas off the ground and see them happen, we offer 'DIY Events'. This service is tailored depending on your needs, but can include:

Creating event budgets
Booking sites
Selling tickets
Organising insurance
Organising catering
Hire of radios, high-vis jackets, lighting, and other tools
Rules design
Website design (via a free website such as Wix)
General event assistance

This service is designed so that anyone with great ideas has the chance to see those ideas become a game. The charge is kept low as we would like to help people learn to run systems for themselves. All money made from this goes back into running Legendary LARP games, or maintenance of any hired equipment.
