I've spoken to a lot of folks who have some wonderful concepts for games, and yet either don't have the knowledge or the confidence to go forwards and actually run them.

In association with Legendary LARP, I also run a freelance "Game Essentials" service. Usually this is charged as a small percentage of your ticket fee (meaning the smaller the game the smaller the cost!). This service is tailored depending on your needs, but can include:

• Creating event budgets

• Booking sites

• Selling tickets

• Organising insurance

• Organising catering

• Hire of radios, high-vis jackets, lighting, and other tools

• Rules design

• Website design (via a free website such as Wix)

• General event assistance

This service is designed so that anyone with great ideas has the chance to see those ideas become a game. The charge is kept low as I would like to help people learn to run systems for themselves, but also acknowledge that the organisational aspects of running a LARP can be mentally and physically taxing, and therefore wanting to compensate myself for that.
